My Career so far.

I qualified as a Doctor in 1980, via St Andrews and Manchester Universities. I became an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and obtained a Consultant post in West Yorkshire in 1991. I left that job in 2019 after 18 years; I became self employed as a Locum, a Medicolegal expert and an NHS Board Member.  I delivered Emergency Obstetric Care training in various countries in Africa between 2012 and 2020. I am now a Board Member of Mildmay Hospital and Medcare UK. I trained as an Executive Coach and successfully obtained a Masters Level qualification in 2023. I am also a trained NHS Appraiser having re-trained in 2026. I am registered with the GMC and revalidated until 2029.
