Coaching
Coaching is a personal and career development process where solutions are self defined without being directed by the Coach, although a good Coach will challenge your options, aspirations and commitment.
Coaching will help you discover what you want and what is holding you back. It will help you to prioritise your goals, and see new solutions and new opportunities.
I practice active listening, allowing you to check your goals, explore ideas, issues, options and solutions, and to test them to determine actions. Coaching is about self development and career progression; it is mainly work focussed but discussions invariably involve work/life issues.
Coaching is a skilled activity, and as a Trained Executive Coach with a Masters Level qualification (ILM7), and 40+ years experience in the NHS, I have the skills and experience to coach you.
Do these resonate?
‘I want to enjoy my job again’.
‘I feel unsupported at work’.
‘I am always dealing with understaffing’
‘I simply cannot job my way I want to’.
‘I am uncertain about my future’.
‘I wish I could change my career path’
‘The pressure is just too much’.
‘I just want more’.
Coaching is individually planned on a 1 to 1 basis, following an initial no-obligation 30 minute discovery call. I recommend a series of 90-minute sessions, usually by Videoconference, every 2-4 weeks.
